Facing an issue that after setting up Fresh Sitecore Instance, not able to access local instance.
getting issue as below

This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".


To resolve this issue,

Please update below setting as per screenshot

1. Windows search -  "Turn Windows Features on or off"

2. Expand ASP.NET 4.5 advanced services > WCF section

3. Check HTTP Activation.

4. You'll be asked to restart the system.
